As a Surveyor Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the surveyor in conducting land surveys, creating maps and drawings, and collecting and analyzing data. Responsibilities:
- Assist the surveyor in conducting land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Create maps and drawings based on survey data collected
- Collect data on land features, boundaries, and topography using GPS devices and other instruments
- Analyze collected data to identify any discrepancies or errors
- Support the surveyor in maintaining accurate records of survey results
- Communicate with clients or project managers to understand project requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; courses in mathematics, geography, or geology are preferred
- Previous experience as a surveying assistant or related field is an asset
- Knowledge of basic surveying techniques and equipment is a plus
- Proficiency in using GPS devices and other surveying tools
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills for working with team members and clients
- Physically fit to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Biometric passport preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a contract job with an attractive salary of 1600$. Accommodation will not be provided, so applicants must have their own housing arrangements. This position is open to both local residents and international students with valid work permits. The job may require some travel within Aarhus or nearby areas.
