Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to lead our team in Kolding. As the Architecture Manager, you will oversee the design and construction of various projects while ensuring they meet budget and timeline requirements. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the project process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project design and construction to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to budget and timeline
- Lead a team of architects, providing mentorship, guidance, and support as needed
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns or challenges that may arise
- Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within scope
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or project management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preference:
- Experience working as an Architecture Manager or similar role preferred
Location: Kolding (open to non-local candidates)
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
