Land Surveyor - Ajman (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ajman. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land areas to determine property boundaries, locations of structures, and other important factors for construction or development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic surveys to gather data on land elevations, contours, and features
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners to collect accurate measurements
- Analyze survey data and create maps, drawings, and reports for clients and project managers
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate site planning
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land use and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and software
- Knowledgeable about local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
