Location: Doha, Qatar


We are in need of a skilled Barista to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You must be capable of creating latte art and have excellent knowledge of different brewing methods.

The ideal candidate for this role should be passionate about coffee, customer-oriented, and have at least 2 years of experience working as a Barista. You should also have a friendly personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks based on customer preferences
- Educate customers on our coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.
- Create latte art designs to enhance the customer's experience
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Uphold high-quality standards for all beverages served
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of various brewing methods such as pour-over, French press, etc.
- Ability to create latte art designs
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly personality with exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with free visa sponsorship and air ticket. Accommodation is not provided for this role. This is an urgent job opening for Egyptian nationals or foreigners with no English requirement. No prior experience is needed.
