Indian Tutor in Dickirch

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Indian Tutor to join our team in Dickirch. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and effective academic support to students of all ages and levels. Your duties will include creating lesson plans, assessing students' strengths and weaknesses, and tracking their progress. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian education system and culture, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create customized lesson plans based on students' needs and learning styles
- Prepare engaging teaching materials, such as worksheets and activities
- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students
- Assess students' academic performance and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share resources and strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tutor or Teacher in the Indian education system
- Strong knowledge of Indian curriculum, teaching methods, and cultural norms
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of French or German is a plus)
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be required to work evenings and weekends based on student availability. This job does not provide accommodation; candidates must have their own visa to work legally in Dickirch.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
