We are a rapidly growing company in the tourism industry, looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Bansko, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your main goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of our company. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to attract them
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Attend industry events to network and promote our services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the tourism industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for business purposes if needed
