Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialists to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. Candidates with Pakistani or Filipino nationality are preferred, with no English language requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Maintain documentation of technical support procedures and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Recommend hardware and software upgrades as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- Must have own transportation
