Back-End Developer

Our company in Lisbon is seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development and be proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. You will also work closely with our front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between the server-side and client-side of our applications.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side code for web applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration between server-side and client-side code
- Write efficient and scalable code using programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with server-side code
- Optimize application performance to ensure fast loading times
- Work on database design and management for web applications
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with database design and management
- Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, CSS) is a plus
- Good understanding of web development principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1100 per month (with accommodation provided)

Location: Lisbon (Portugal)
