Handyman Technician

As a Handyman Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. You will use your skills and experience to handle a variety of tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other general maintenance duties. You must have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, fixing leaks, repairing broken fixtures, etc.
- Conduct inspections to identify areas that need repairs or maintenance
- Complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner
- Keep track of materials and supplies needed for repairs
- Follow safety procedures while working on job sites
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- Good communication skills and ability to understand client needs
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures for construction sites

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Aalborg, Denmark (open to candidates from any nationality)
