Job Title: Office Assistant for International Company in Odense, Denmark
As an Office Assistant for our international company based in Odense, Denmark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your main responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and equipment, scheduling meetings and appointments, and supporting other team members with various tasks as needed.
To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills are also essential as you will be interacting with both internal team members and external clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.
As this is an international company, fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Danish or other languages is a plus but not mandatory. Additionally, having a biometric passport is necessary for any potential travel required for company business.
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with accommodation provided by the company. This is a full-time position with standard office hours from Monday to Friday.
