Executive Chef at a Luxury Hotel in Ar Rumaythiyah
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our luxury hotel in Ar Rumaythiyah. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations, ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the culinary team, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Create menus and recipes that reflect the hotel's standards and meet guest preferences
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high standards of quality
- Monitor food costs and ensure budget targets are met
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper safety and sanitation practices are followed
- Collaborate with other departments to plan events and special menus
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on Mediterranean flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Salary: $1200 per month (tax-free)
Location: Ar Rumaythiyah (accommodation provided)
Employment type: Temporary (3-month contract)
