We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties. Your main goal will be to ensure that solar systems are properly installed and functioning efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels according to design specifications and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to assess the property and determine the best placement for solar panels
- Handle all necessary equipment and tools for installation, including ladders, drills, and wiring
- Connect solar panels to electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring and connections
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during or after installation
- Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the property during installation
- Communicate with customers about the installation process and answer any questions they may have
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in solar technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or electrical work preferred
- Knowledge of solar panel installation techniques
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Las Vegas

Preference for Indian nationality

This is a full-time job with accommodation provided. No English language skills required.
