Our restaurant is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus that meet high-quality standards and cater to different dietary needs
- Source fresh and high-quality ingredients from local suppliers
- Oversee food preparation and ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and dishwashers
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene practices are followed in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with restaurant management to create new dishes or update existing menus
- Monitor food costs and manage budget effectively

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining or high-end restaurant setting
- Proven track record of creating innovative and successful menus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
