Job Title: Commercial Architect

Our architecture firm in Esbjerg is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for commercial projects
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality control
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to oversee the construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other drafting software
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Esbjerg, Denmark (local candidates preferred but not required)
