Tiler Technician



As a Tiler Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tiles in residential and commercial settings. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position located in Horsens, Denmark.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific spaces
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, cleaning, and leveling
- Install tiles using various techniques such as grouting, gluing, or nailing
- Repair damaged or broken tiles
- Ensure tiles are properly aligned and leveled
- Seal and finish surfaces as needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Keep track of materials and supplies needed for each project

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Familiarity with various tile types, patterns, and installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans
- Strong attention to detail and precision skills
- Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to complete projects within deadlines
- Good communication skills with the ability to understand client requests

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in tiling
or related field

Experience working with natural stone or mosaics is highly desired

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Valid driver's license

Knowledge of different types of adhesives, grouts, sealants, etc.

Experience using tile cutting tools such as saws or wet wheels

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.
