Architectural Designer (Part-Time)



We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in the city of Beer-Sheva. As an Architectural Designer, you will work on a part-time basis, designing and creating innovative architectural plans for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to determine project requirements and scope
- Create detailed designs and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Produce 3D models and renderings for client presentations
- Conduct on-site visits to assess site conditions and gather necessary information
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials for each project
- Make necessary revisions based on feedback from clients and team members
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this part-time position is $1100 per month.
