Carpenter

We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Bungoma, Pakistan. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month, with the added benefit of accommodation provided. This is an urgent job opportunity, so we are looking for someone who is available to start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints and construction plans to determine materials required and dimensions of structure
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Construct building frameworks including walls, roofs, and floors
- Inspect and repair damaged framework or other structures
- Follow all safety regulations when working with power tools and machinery
- Collaborate with other carpenters and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools as well as power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and good manual dexterity
- Physical strength to handle heavy materials
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Pakistani nationality preferred
