We are hiring an experienced Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims and determining the appropriate coverage and settlement amount.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims
- Gather and analyze information from various sources such as policyholders, witnesses, and medical professionals
- Evaluate damages and determine coverage based on policy terms
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders or their representatives
- Communicate with legal counsel and other professionals as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster is preferred
- Knowledge of insurance policies, laws, and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in relevant computer software

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with benefits such as accommodation. This is a full-time position with regular working hours. Applicants must have their own valid visa to work in Kenya.
