Instrument Technician
We are hiring an Instrument Technician to join our team in Oslo. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, testing, calibrating, and maintaining various instruments and control systems in the facility. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$, accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided.
Responsibilities:
- Install and commission new instruments and control systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance on existing instruments and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with instruments or systems.
- Perform calibration procedures to ensure accurate readings.
- Keep detailed records of all work performed.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve processes and systems.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Instrument Technician is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, electronics, and instrumentation principles.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
