Senior Architecture Manager

As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in the city of Vejle. Your role will involve managing a team of architects and coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government officials. You will also be involved in budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of construction projects
- Work closely with government officials to obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction work and address any issues that may arise
- Review architectural plans and designs prepared by your team for accuracy and quality control
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management role
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects within budget and schedule constraints
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards a common goal
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors, government officials, and team members from diverse backgrounds
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods, materials, and systems
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or Revit.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1000 per month. Accommodation will be provided if needed. This position is open to all nationalities, but the candidate must have a valid work visa for Vejle.
