Executive Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant
We are a fine dining restaurant in the picturesque city of Triesen, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create new menu items, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high quality of dishes served
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial planning for the kitchen department
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining traditional favorites
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Experience in managing inventory and controlling food costs
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month, along with additional benefits such as accommodation.
