Personal Trainer



We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering individualized fitness programs for clients of all levels and abilities. You will also provide guidance and support to help clients reach their health and fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized fitness plans based on client's goals, abilities, and preferences
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to clients
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness plan
- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle habits, including nutrition and stress management
- Maintain a safe and clean workout environment for clients

Requirements:
- Certification in Personal Training or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate others
- Ability to work with diverse populations of all ages and abilities
- Basic computer skills for creating workout plans and tracking client progress
