Barista for a Busy Cafe in Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our busy cafe in Dubai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. We welcome applicants from Pakistan who have the necessary qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and salads
- Stock inventory and ensure all supplies are well-stocked at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and taking special requests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide top-notch customer service
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
