Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Create and maintain budgets, track expenses, and manage inventory
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints or issues promptly
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both employees and customers
- Monitor overall financial performance of the restaurant and make adjustments as needed to maximize profits
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
