We are in search of a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Izhevsk. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings and spaces, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent design skills, and experience working on commercial projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who require it. Freshers with relevant education or experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Create detailed designs for commercial buildings and spaces, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models
- Select appropriate materials and finishes to ensure safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented correctly
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the project's progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an architect on commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
