Job Title: Turner Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Turner Supervisor to join our team in Washington. As a Turner Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of turners and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to client specifications. Your duties will include creating work schedules, providing training and guidance to team members, and conducting quality control checks on finished products.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Turner in a manufacturing or construction setting
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with various types of machinery and tools used in turning processes
- Must have own valid visa or be eligible to obtain one
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent English speaker

Salary: $1500 per month, negotiable based on experience.
