Dietitian - Gujrat, Pakistan


We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dietitian to join our team in Gujrat, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing nutrition therapy and counseling to patients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized dietary plans based on patients' medical conditions, allergies, and preferences. The ideal candidate will have a degree in dietetics or a related field, along with relevant experience in clinical or community nutrition. This is a contract position without accommodation, making it suitable for students or individuals with their own visa. Salary will be competitive at 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition assessments for patients and develop individualized dietary plans
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients on healthy eating habits
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to dietary plans as needed
- Keep accurate records of patient consultations and progress
- Stay up-to-date with current research and developments in the field of dietetics
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote healthy eating habits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in dietetics or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in clinical or community nutrition
- Knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and medical terminology
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in using electronic health records systems
- Must have valid authorization to work in Pakistan
