Architectural Technologist - Lahore, Pakistan


We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Lahore, Pakistan. This role will be responsible for assisting with the design, development, and implementation of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project plans and designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Analyze building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Research materials and products for use in projects
- Assist with project budgeting and scheduling
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors during construction phase
- Review project progress to ensure compliance with design specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Pakistan
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
