Facade Specialist


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Roskilde. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining building facades to ensure their functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of building facades and identify any structural or design issues
- Develop detailed plans and drawings for facade construction or renovation projects
- Select suitable materials and oversee their installation to ensure quality and durability
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that facade designs meet all necessary requirements
- Monitor the progress of facade projects and make any necessary adjustments or modifications
- Conduct regular maintenance inspections on existing facades and coordinate repairs as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in facade design, construction, or maintenance
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices for facade construction
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various professionals
