Part-Time Administrator for Biometric Passport Office
Our busy Biometric Passport Office in El-Ain is seeking a part-time Administrator to join our team. This position is ideal for an experienced and organized individual who is looking for a flexible schedule. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Applicants must hold a valid biometric passport and be Indian nationals. This part-time position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
- File documents and keep track of important paperwork
- Schedule appointments and assist with managing calendars
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain office supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
Requirements:
- Indian nationality, holding a valid biometric passport
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
