Administrator for English Speaking Company in Wiltz, Luxembourg
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our English speaking company in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for team members
- Respond to emails and phone calls from clients and partners in a timely manner
- Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles is a plus
We offer a salary of 1500$ per month along with free visa and ticket. This position does not include accommodation.
