We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages while providing excellent customer service. This is an ideal opportunity for someone without experience in the industry to gain valuable skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Take orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Must have a passion for coffee and customer service
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
