Handyman - Albena, Bulgaria

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our property. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$. Indian nationality preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks as needed
- Inspect and maintain building systems including HVAC and fire safety equipment
- Troubleshoot issues and make repairs in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
- Ensure all work is completed to high quality standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair tasks
- Basic understanding of building systems and equipment
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good physical stamina and dexterity
- Indian nationality preferred
