Tutor for English as a Second Language

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Tutor for English as a Second Language (ESL) to join our team in Clairvaux. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and engaging instruction to students of all ages and levels who are looking to improve their English language skills. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual or small group lessons in ESL according to established curriculum
- Tailor lessons to meet the needs and goals of each student
- Utilize various teaching methods and materials to ensure effective learning
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
- Collaborate with other tutors, teachers, and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns

Requirements:
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- TESOL/TEFL certification or equivalent experience teaching ESL required
- Previous experience tutoring or teaching ESL to students of different ages and levels
- Ability to adapt teaching style to meet individual learning needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team setting

Preference will be given to Canadian or Nepali candidates with biometric passports. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
