Senior Architect - Kaunas, Lithuania


We are a leading architectural firm in Kaunas seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process, managing project timelines and budgets, and providing guidance and support to junior architects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, from concept to completion
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications according to client needs and building codes
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects on the team
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on commercial or large-scale residential projects
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Willingness to relocate to Kaunas if not already located there
