Senior Architect


We are a leading architectural firm based in Kaunas, seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficiency in CAD software, as well as other relevant tools such as SketchUp and Revit
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with benefits such as free visa sponsorship and travel arrangements. This is a full-time position based in Kaunas but we are open to considering remote work arrangements for the right candidate.
