Electrician - Maintenance Technician


Position Overview:
Our electrical services company is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician - Maintenance Technician to join our team in Los Angeles. This position will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment in residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, the ability to troubleshoot issues, and provide efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and circuit breakers
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions or issues
- Repair or replace faulty components or wiring as needed
- Install new electrical systems or equipment as directed by supervisor
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with building codes and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs or maintenance procedures

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Electrician
- Valid electrician license
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong knowledge of local electrical codes
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills

Salary:
Starting salary for this role is $1400 per month, with opportunities for growth based on performance. We also offer health insurance benefits after 6 months of employment.
