Electrician Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician Supervisor to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Electrician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of electricians and ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code. You must have at least 5 years of experience as an electrician, with strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of electricians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Plan and schedule electrical work to ensure timely completion of projects
- Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes
- Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that may arise on the job
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Train new electricians on proper techniques, safety protocols, and company procedures
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an electrician
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver's license

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds; however, preference will be given to Indian nationals with their own visa.
