Concierge Assistant (Faro, Portugal)


We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Concierge Assistant to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month, with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby
- Assist with luggage handling when needed
- Coordinate transportation for guests as requested
- Ensure all guest information is accurate and up-to-date in the hotel system

Requirements:
- No previous experience required but previous customer service experience is a plus
- Must be fluent in English (additional language skills are highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

Working Conditions:
This role requires you to work on a rotating shift schedule which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be provided with accommodation near the hotel property as well as visa sponsorship if needed.
