Construction Manager - Ashdod, Pakistan
A reputable construction company in Ashdod is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee all on-site activities and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage project budgets and expenses, making cost-effective decisions to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on the construction site
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of diverse professionals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
