Administrative Assistant in Monte-Carlo
We are currently hiring for a full-time Administrative Assistant in Monte-Carlo. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting clients and visitors and providing them with assistance as needed
- Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring they are well-stocked
- Making travel arrangements for staff members
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
Location: This position is located in Monte-Carlo.
