Construction Project Manager


Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for your next challenge? Do you have a strong background in managing construction projects from start to finish and delivering them on time and within budget? Our construction company in Herning is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track
- Manage project budgets and make cost-effective decisions
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Oversee quality control measures throughout the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documents
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
