Construction Manager - Herning, Denmark



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Herning, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and be well-versed in managing all aspects of the construction process from beginning to end. This is a contract position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress of construction activities and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
- Prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Proficient in project management software
- Must have legal authorization to work in Denmark
