Puncher for Metal Fabrication Company in Split, Croatia


Our well-established metal fabrication company in Split, Croatia is seeking a highly skilled Puncher to join our team. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various punching machines to punch holes, notches, and other features into metal parts according to specific measurements and designs. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate punching machines according to job specifications
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate hole spacing, dimensions, and alignment
- Inspect finished parts for quality and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or other technical drawings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Puncher in the metal fabrication industry
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with operating Amada or Trumpf punching machines
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Familiarity with CNC programming software
