Position: Equipment Operator
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Siauliai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy equipment and be able to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment.
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine the best approach for completing tasks.
- Coordinate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Keep accurate records of daily operations, including materials used, time spent on tasks, and any incidents or accidents that occur.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Knowledge of safety regulations for operating heavy equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Salary: 1600$ per month
Full-time position with accommodation provided.
