Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to architects and other team members
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress
- Review design proposals and make necessary changes or recommendations
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architecture
- Mentor and train junior architects within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
