Sales Representative (Karachi)

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services to potential customers in the Karachi area. You will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with customized solutions. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent persuasive skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales. You should also possess strong organizational abilities and be able to effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Identify potential customers through leads, referrals, networking, etc.
- Build relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Conduct product demos or presentations to showcase our offerings
- Negotiate contracts and payment terms with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
