Job Title: Information Security Analyst


We are a rapidly growing company in the field of information security, located in the United States. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team and help us protect our company's data and systems from potential threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, as well as hands-on experience in implementing and managing various security measures.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats
- Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies and procedures
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity and investigate any potential security breaches
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all systems and processes
- Stay updated on the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and technologies to continuously improve our company's security posture
- Respond to security incidents in a timely manner, contain the threat, and conduct post-incident analysis
- Communicate with stakeholders about potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigating them

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security or related field
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including encryption methods, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, etc.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools (e.g. Nessus) and penetration testing techniques
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, or PCI DSS
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS or Azure) and their security features
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month. We also offer accommodation for employees who prefer to live on-site.
