Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer


As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to build scalable and robust models that deliver actionable insights. Your primary focus will be on writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code that is optimized for performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models using various algorithms such as neural networks, decision trees, and clustering techniques.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends that can be used to improve model performance.
- Optimize model parameters using techniques such as hyperparameter tuning.
- Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.
- Implement data preprocessing steps to improve the quality of input data.
- Develop tools and frameworks for automating the training, testing, and deployment of machine learning models.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and tools.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java or C++.
- Experience with popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn.
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
- Solid understanding of deep learning concepts such as neural networks, convolutional networks, recurrent networks etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
