Job Title: QA Engineer



We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through thorough testing and analysis. Your main duties will include creating and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and working closely with developers to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans for new software releases
- Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications
- Identify, track, and document bugs using bug tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Conduct regression testing to ensure fixes have been implemented correctly
- Analyze testing results to provide recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new testing methods

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems like JIRA or Bugzilla
- Ability to write clear, concise, and detailed test cases and reports
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
